Grated garlic & ginger
Bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
6 cups of water
Combine the Trans Fat Free Dalda Vanaspati, garlic, ginger, chili peppers, mint, cilantro, garam masala, cinnamon and salt & stir to marinate the chicken for the biryani.
Toss the chicken pieces into it
Let the chicken marinate.
Add Trans Fat Free Dalda Vanaspati and onions into it.
Add the water, salt, cumin, bay leaf and cardamom and boil.
