1 spoon Dalda Vanaspati
Grated garlic & ginger
Bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
6 cups of water
Combine the Dalda Vanaspati, garlic, ginger, chili peppers, mint, cilantro, garam masala, cinnamon and salt & stir to marinate the chicken for the biryani.
Toss the chicken pieces into it
Let the chicken marinate.
Add Dalda Vanaspati and onions into it.
Add the water, salt, cumin, bay leaf and cardamom and boil.
