Ingredients Checklist

FOR COOKIE DOUGH:

  1. ½ cup (120 ml) Dalda Vanaspati
  2. ½ tsp baking powder
  3. ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  4. ¾ cup (80 gm) powdered sugar
  5. 1 cup (155 gm) maida
  6. ¾ cup (90 gm) besan
  7. 2 tbsp (20 gm) suji
  8. Salt according to taste
  9. 2 tbsp milk
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Take ½ cup of Dalda Vanaspati.
  • STEP 2

    Add ¾ cup powdered sugar and whisk.
  • STEP 3

    Add 1 cup maida, ¾ cup besan, 2 tbsp suji.
  • STEP 4

    Add a pinch of salt, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
  • STEP 5

    Add 2 tbsp milk and mix.
  • STEP 6

    To make it in a pressure cooker, add salt
  • STEP 7

    Place a plate above it.
  • STEP 8

    Heat for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 9

    Now, pinch a ball sized dough and roll.
  • STEP 10

    Put the cookie dough over the plate.
  • STEP 11

    Put cashew nuts in it.
  • STEP 12

    Put a lid on and cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 13

    Cool it and serve it.
