  1. Sugar
  2. Water
  3. Chick-pea flour (Besan)
  4. Dalda Vanaspati
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Put the besan in a bowl.
  • STEP 2

    Mix sugar in the water.
  • STEP 3

    Increase the heat, bring to a boil and cook.
  • STEP 4

    Add 1 spoon of besan and mix well. Continue till all the besan is added.
  • STEP 5

    Add Dalda Vanaspati, one tablespoon at a time.
  • STEP 6

    Set on a plate.
  • STEP 7

    Cool and cut in even pieces.
  • STEP 8

    Serve it hot.
