Ingredients Checklist
  1. ½ kg Prawns (deshelled and deveined)
  2. 4 to 5 cloves Garlic
  3. 1 nos Lemon
  4. 2 to 3 pcs Birds eye chili
  5. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  6. 2 tbsp Butter
  7. 6 to 8 leaves Sweet basil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. ½ tsp Sugar
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Wash and Clean the prawns. Chop the garlic.
  • STEP 2

    Slice the bird chili finely.
  • STEP 3

    In a pan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic. Make it brown.
  • STEP 4

    Add the chili and the prawns. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • STEP 5

    Add the salt and sugar. Add the butter and reduce the flame to a bare minimum.
  • STEP 6

    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • STEP 7

    Add the lemon and basil. Serve hot.
