  1. 1 cup Sooji
  2. 4 Pieces of Chicken
  3. 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  4. 2 Finely chopped green chillies
  5. 2 tbsp Red chilly powder
  6. Salt to taste

Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, grind the chillies, ginger-garlic paste and salt along with a little water.
  • STEP 2

    Now apply this paste equally on the chicken pieces and coat them with sooji and deep fry in Dalda® oil until golden and crisp.
  • STEP 3

    When ready, serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
