Ingredients Checklist
  1. 250 gms Wafer Potato
  2. 75 ml Oil
  3. To taste Salt
  4. 2 tbsp Mixed Herb Seasonings

  • STEP 1

    Peel and cut the potatoes into nice cubes or dices.
  • STEP 2

    In a pan, boil water and add the potatoes and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • STEP 3

    Drain the potatoes of excess water.
  • STEP 4

    In a pan, now heat oil, add the partially blanched potatoes in hot oil.
  • STEP 5

    Do not put too many potatoes in a pan, if the pan isn't large enough.
  • STEP 6

    Let the potatoes browned on all sides, thus becoming crispy.
  • STEP 7

    Once they are golden brown, drain them on a paper for excess oil.
  • STEP 8

    Sprinkle with salt and herb seasoning.
  • STEP 9

    Serve with with mayonnaise.
