Ingredients Checklist
  1. 200 gms Button Mushroom
  2. 15 gms Garlic
  3. 5 gms Fresh Oregano Chopped
  4. 25 gms Butter
  5. 15 ml Balsamic Vinegar
  6. to taste Salt
  7. to taste Crushed Black Pepper
  8. 10 ml Olive Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them thick.
  • STEP 2

    Take a pan and heat it. Add the olive oil followed by garlic and oregano.
  • STEP 3

    Add in the mushrooms toss very quickly.
  • STEP 4

    Add the balsamic vinegar at this stage and Sautee.
  • STEP 5

    Finish by tossing in some butter, salt and pepper.
  • STEP 6

    Serve hot and garnish with some chopped chives or parsley.
