Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1/2 cup Boiled moong dal
  2. 1/2 cup Oats
  3. 2 tbsp Fresh curd
  4. 3 tbsp Grated onions
  5. 1/2 tsp Finely chopped green chilies
  6. 2 tsp Chaat masala
  7. 2 tsp Chilly powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  9. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  11. 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  12. to taste Salt
  13. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, Drain and blend the boiled moong dal in a mixer to a coarse paste.
  • STEP 2

    Transfer the paste to a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • STEP 3

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round flat tikkis.
  • STEP 4

    Lightly grease a griddle with Dalda® oil and cook each tikki until it is evenly cooked from both sides.
  • STEP 5

    Serve hot with green chutney.
