- 250 gms Minced mutton
- 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Chopped green chillies
- 2 Finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 Beaten egg
- to taste Salt
- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, grind the ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onions, garam masala, cumin powder and mix with the minced meat an.
Then add salt and egg to the mixture and divide in equal proportions.
Then deep-fry in Dalda® Oil until golden brown.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
