Ingredients Checklist
  1. 250 gms Minced mutton
  2. 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  3. 1 tbsp Chopped green chillies
  4. 2 Finely chopped onions
  5. 1 tbsp Garam masala
  6. 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  7. 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 Beaten egg
  9. to taste Salt
  10. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, grind the ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onions, garam masala, cumin powder and mix with the minced meat an.
  • STEP 2

    Then add salt and egg to the mixture and divide in equal proportions.
  • STEP 3

    Then deep-fry in Dalda® Oil until golden brown.
  • STEP 4

    Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
