Serves 5 People
- 2 cups Boiled noodles
- 1/2 cup Boiled sweet corn
- 2 Finely chopped spring onions
- 1/2 cup Grated processed cheese
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, mix the noodles, sweet corn, spring onions, cheese, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs and salt.
Divide this mix and shape into flat cutlets and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
Then heat Dalda® oil in a griddle and cook until the cutlets are golden brown and crisp from both the sides.
Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
