- 1/4 cup Finely chopped mint leaves
- 2 tbsp Boiled and mashed whole red lentils
- 2 tbsp Grated paneer
- Bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Green chilly paste
- to taste Salt
- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, take the mashed boiled red lentils, mint leaves, paneer, bread crumbs, green chilly paste in a bowl and mix well.
Then divide equal portions of the mix and shape them into cutlets.
Finally, deep-fry in Dalda® oil until both sides are crispy.
