Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1/4 cup Finely chopped mint leaves
  2. 2 tbsp Boiled and mashed whole red lentils
  3. 2 tbsp Grated paneer
  4. Bread crumbs
  5. 1 tbsp Green chilly paste
  6. to taste Salt
  7. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, take the mashed boiled red lentils, mint leaves, paneer, bread crumbs, green chilly paste in a bowl and mix well.
  • STEP 2

    Then divide equal portions of the mix and shape them into cutlets.
  • STEP 3

    Finally, deep-fry in Dalda® oil until both sides are crispy.
