Ingredients Checklist
  1. 300 gms Boiled chicken boneless
  2. 2 tsp Chopped green chilies
  3. 1/2 cup Chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  5. 2 tbsp Corn flour
  6. 1 cup Mayonnaise
  7. 1 Beaten egg
  8. 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  9. to taste Salt
  10. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, shred the chicken and mash the potatoes and add to this the green chillies, pepper powder, capsicum, salt, corn flour, and mix well and divide into equal portions.
  • STEP 2

    Then spread mayonnaise on one side of the cutlet, cover it with another cutler, sandwich it and roll it to make a thick round cutlet.
  • STEP 3

    Then dip the cutlets in the beaten egg and roll it onto the bread crumbs.
  • STEP 4

    Finally, fry in Dalda® Oil until golden brown.
  • STEP 5

    Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
