Ingredients Checklist
  1. 150 gm Potato
  2. 5 gms Chilli Flakes
  3. 15 gms Corainder Leaves
  4. 5 gms Cumin Powder
  5. 5 gms Coriander Powder
  6. 15 gms Chat Masala
  7. 10 gms Green Chilli
  8. 60 ml Mustard Oil
  9. 15 gms Red Pepper
  10. 15 gms Green Pepper
  11. 15 gms Yellow Pepper
  12. 15 gms White Onions
  13. To taste Salt
  14. 250 ml Sunflower Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Cut the potato in wedges leaving the skin on.
  • STEP 2

    Heat oil and fry to potato wedges with crisp, golden and cooked - drain and keep aside.
  • STEP 3

    Mix the chilli flakes, chat masala and green chilli and keep aside.
  • STEP 4

    Slice the pepper and the white onions.
  • STEP 5

    In a pan add the mustard oil, add the cumin powder, coriander powder, peppers and white onions and saute.
  • STEP 6

    Add the potato wedges and saute for 1 minute.
  • STEP 7

    Remove from flame and toss this potato mixture with chilli flakes, chat masala and green chilli.
  • STEP 8

    Garnish with chopped coriander leave.
