- 150 gm Potato
- 5 gms Chilli Flakes
- 15 gms Corainder Leaves
- 5 gms Cumin Powder
- 5 gms Coriander Powder
- 15 gms Chat Masala
- 10 gms Green Chilli
- 60 ml Mustard Oil
- 15 gms Red Pepper
- 15 gms Green Pepper
- 15 gms Yellow Pepper
- 15 gms White Onions
- To taste Salt
- 250 ml Sunflower Oil
Cut the potato in wedges leaving the skin on.
Heat oil and fry to potato wedges with crisp, golden and cooked - drain and keep aside.
Mix the chilli flakes, chat masala and green chilli and keep aside.
Slice the pepper and the white onions.
In a pan add the mustard oil, add the cumin powder, coriander powder, peppers and white onions and saute.
Add the potato wedges and saute for 1 minute.
Remove from flame and toss this potato mixture with chilli flakes, chat masala and green chilli.
Garnish with chopped coriander leave.
