Ingredients Checklist
  1. 400gms Bassa Fish cubes
  2. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  3. 1/2 Lemon juice
  4. to taste Salt
  5. to dust Flour
  6. 60ml Oil
  7. 1no (chopped) Tomato
  8. ½ (chopped) Onions
  9. 2 tsp (chopped) Jalapeno
  10. ½ (deseeded and chopped) Cucumber
  11. 1/2 Lemon juice
  12. 1 tbsp Ketchup
  13. to taste Salt
  14. to taste Black crushed pepper
  15. 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Marinate the fish with the garlic paste, lemon juice and salt.
  • STEP 2

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned for the salsa and chill.
  • STEP 3

    Dust the fish with flour and Pan fry for 3 to 4 minutes each side.
  • STEP 4

    Serve in a platter with the salsa as a base and place the hot fish cubes on top.
  • STEP 5

    Garnish with fresh coriander
