  1. 1 cup Sooji
  2. 2 beaten eggs
  3. 3 tbsp sugar
  4. a pinch cardamom powder
  5. to taste salt
  6. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, in a bowl mix the eggs, cardamom, sugar, salt and the semolina and mix well to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 2

    With the help of a spoon, drop a little batter into hot Dalda® oil in a wok and deep fry until golden in color.
  • STEP 3

    When ready, serve hot.
