- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup Water
- 5 tbsp plain flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup boiled sweet corn
- 3 tbsp finely chopped and boiled spinach
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 3 finely chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp grated processed cheese
bread crumbs for coating

- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, heat Dalda® oil in a pan and to it add the flour, milk and stir continuously and cook till the sauce is thick.
Remove from the flame and keep aside.
Now in a bowl mix well the rice, sweet corn, spinach, coriander, green chillies, cheese and salt.
Then divide the mixture into equal parts and dip the balls in the batter and evenly roll them in the breadcrumb and deep-fry in Dalda® oil until golden brown and crisp.
When ready, serve hot.
