- 2 Potatoes cut into finger chips
- 1 cup finely crushed corn flakes
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- to taste salt
- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, parboil the potato finger chips in salt water and keep aside.
Then make a batter by mixing flour, corn flour, salt and water.
Then dip the potato fingers in this batter and roll into the cornflakes.
Finally, deep fry in Dalda® oil until the Potato finger chips are golden brown.
Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
