Serves 5 People
- 1 no Whole Corn On Cob
- 20 ml Oil
- to taste Salt
- 10 gms Red Chilli Powder
- 50 gms Butter
- 100 gms Fresh Tomato Dices
- 10 gms Red onion Chopped
- 5 gms Corainder
- 5 gms Green Chilli
- 10 ml Lemon Juice
- 5 ml Tobasco
Blanch the whole corn in boiling salted water.
Immediately shock in cold water and cool down.
Cut the whole corn in three pieces.
Marinate the corn with chilly powder, salt and oil.
While its marinating, make the tomato salsa.
Mix the tomato dices, chopped coriander, green chilli, lemon juice and Tabasco.
Adjust the seasonings and keep chilled.
Grill the corn on charcoal .
Apply butter and serve with the chilled tomato salsa.
