Ingredients Checklist
  1. 400 gms Boneless leg of lamb
  2. 5 gms Red chilli powder
  3. 25 gms Green chilli
  4. 25 gms Fresh coriander leaves
  5. 25 gms Ginger
  6. 25 gms Garlic
  7. 50 gms Amul cheese
  8. 5 gms Cumin seeds
  9. 5 gms Garam Masala powder
  10. 50 ml Oil
  11. Salt to taste
For the coating
  1. 50 gms Onions Spring
  2. 25 gms Coriander
  3. 25 gms red capsicum
  4. 30 gms Butter
  5. 15 ml Lemon juice
  6. 10 gms Chaat masala
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Clean the leg of lamb and cut in chunks.
  • STEP 2

    Add salt, coriander leaves, cheese, ginger, garlic and green chilli and pass through a mincing machine 3- 4 times.
  • STEP 3

    To the minced meat add red chilli powder, Cumin seeds, garam masala powder and oil. Mix this well.
  • STEP 4

    Skewer the mince and coat with chopped spring onions, coriander and red capsicum and cook in an oven for 10 mins.
  • STEP 5

    Once cooked arrange and drizzle with butter, lemon juice and chaat masala.
