  1. 500 gms Minced chicken
  2. 1 tbsp Garam masala
  3. 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 6 Finely chopped green chilies
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, mix the chicken, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chilies and salt and divide the mix into equal proportions.
  • STEP 2

    Then deep fry in Dalda® oil until golden brown.
  • STEP 3

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
