Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1 cup Minced chicken
  2. 1 Boiled mashed potato
  3. 4 Bread slices soaked in water
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  6. 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  7. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  9. 2 Beaten eggs
  10. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  11. 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  12. 1 tbsp Lime juice
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, take the minced chicken, ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lime juice and coriander and mix well.
  • STEP 2

    Then heat 2 tbsp of Dalda® oil in a pan and deep fry.
  • STEP 3

    Then add the mashed Potato and mix well.
  • STEP 4

    Then take the bread slices and put the mixture on the slices and roll the bread.
  • STEP 5

    Now dip the rolls in the egg and roll them onto the breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 6

    Finally, deep fry in Dalda® Oil until they are golden brown.
