Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1/2 cup boiled chick peas
  2. 1/2 cup soya granules
  3. 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilies
  5. 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2

    Then drain and squeeze out all the water.
  • STEP 3

    Then blend together the Chick peas, soya nuggets and mint, in a blender to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4

    Then add the green chillies, ginger, salt to this and mix well.
  • STEP 5

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round, flat cutlets.
  • STEP 6

    Cook them on a pan using a little Dalda® oil until both sides are golden brown.
  • STEP 7

    Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
