Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1/2 cup maize flour
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  4. 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp powdered sugar
  6. to taste Salt
  7. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, mix the maize flour, plain flour, ½ tbsp Dalda® oil and salt in a bowl and knead into soft dough adding 4 tbsp of warm water keep kneading using oil till smooth and elastic.
  • STEP 2

    Now make thick strips with the dough and form rings.
  • STEP 3

    Heat Dalda® oil and deep fry until golden brown in color.
  • STEP 4

    Sprinkle Chilly Powder, chaat masala, salt and serve hot.
