- 150 gms Diced boneless chicken
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- to taste Salt
- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, marinate the chicken in vinegar, soya sauce, salt and black pepper.
Then coat the chicken pieces with cornflour and deep fry in Dalda® Oil until golden in colour.
Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
