Ingredients Checklist
  1. 250 gms Rawas Fillet
  2. 25 ml Oil
  3. 15 gms Garlic
  4. 10 ml Lime Juice
  5. to taste Black pepper
  6. to taste Salt

Chilli Garlic Sauce

  1. 10 gms Fresh Red Chilli
  2. 10 gms Garlic
  3. 100 gms Butter
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 50 ml Cream

Stir Fried vegetbales

  1. 50 gms Bell Pepper
  2. 25 gms Zucchini
  3. 10 gms Spring Onion
  4. 10 gms Onion
  5. 30 ml Olive oil
  6. 50 gms Mushroom
  7. To taste Salt
  8. to taste Black pepper
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Marinate the rawas with the above ingredients.
  • STEP 2

    Grill it on a chargrill, let it cook.
  • STEP 3

    In the meanwhile, stir fry the vegetables in a pan and adjust seasonings.
  • STEP 4

    Make the sauce in another pan.
  • STEP 5

    Saute garlic and chilli first, to this add lime juice and butter. Emulsify by adding cream to the same. Finish by adding parsley.
  • STEP 6

    Plate the fish on a bed of vegetables and top[ it with the sauce and serve with lemon wedge.
