Ingredients Checklist
  1. 4 boiled mashed potatoes
  2. 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheesse
  3. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  4. 2 chopped green chilies
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 3/4 cup chopped cabbage
  7. 3 bread slices
  8. 3/4 cup flour
  9. water
  10. 1 cup vread crumbs
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, soak the bread slices in water and squeeze out the water.
  • STEP 2

    Now add the potatoes, cheese, coriander, green chillies, cabbage, onions and salt and shape into cutlets.
  • STEP 3

    Then make a paste of water and flour and apply a thin layer of the paste on the cutlets and roll into the breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 4

    Then heat Dalda® Oil in a pan and shallow fry until golden brown.
  • STEP 5

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
