- 1 cup Grated carrots
- 2 Medium boiled raw bananas
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Split black lentils
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp Ginger-green chilly paste
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, mash the boiled bananas.
Then heat Dalda® Oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, black lentils, onions, carrots, mashed bananas, ginger-green chili paste and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the flame and add Coriander powder, Chilly powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
Divide the mixtures into cylindrical rolls and fry in a pan using Dalda® Oil till they are uniformly golden on all sides.
Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
