Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1 cup Grated carrots
  2. 2 Medium boiled raw bananas
  3. 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  4. 1/4 tsp Split black lentils
  5. 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
  6. 1 tsp Ginger-green chilly paste
  7. 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
  8. 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  10. 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, mash the boiled bananas.
  • STEP 2

    Then heat Dalda® Oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, black lentils, onions, carrots, mashed bananas, ginger-green chili paste and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 3

    Remove from the flame and add Coriander powder, Chilly powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
  • STEP 4

    Divide the mixtures into cylindrical rolls and fry in a pan using Dalda® Oil till they are uniformly golden on all sides.
  • STEP 5

    Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
