Ingredients Checklist
  1. 30 gms Flour
  2. 5 gms Garlic
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 2 gms Black pepper
  5. 400 gms Chicken
  6. 30 ml Oil
  7. 5 gms Celery
  8. 10 gms Green pepper
  9. 10 gms Red pepper
  10. 10 gms Yellow peppers
  11. 25 gms Onions
  12. 50 gms Tomato ketchup
  13. 15 ml Tabasco
  14. 10 ml Lemon juice
  15. 20 gms Pineapple
  16. 35 ml Pineapple juice
  17. 15 gms Brown sugar
For the coating
  • STEP 1

    Mix the flour, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
  • STEP 2

    Cube the boneless chicken and crumb in this mixture.
  • STEP 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Cook the chicken till half done for 6 mins. Keep aside.
  • STEP 4

    In a pan heat oil add the celery, green peppers, red pepper, yellow pepper and onions and cook till tender.
  • STEP 5

    Add chicken to this.
  • STEP 6

    Mix the ketchup, lemon juice, Tabasco,pineapple chunks, juice and sugar.
  • STEP 7

    Add this to a pan and whisk till all ingredients are mixed. Add the chicken and cook for another 3 mins till cokked.
