- 50 gms Brocolli florets
- 50 gms Red and Yellow Bell Pepper
- 50 gms Baby Corn
- 25 gms French Beans
- 50 gms Yellow and Green Zucchini
- 50 gms Scallions
- 15 gms Garlic chopped
- 10 gms Onion chopped
- 5 gms Fresh Red Chilli Sliced
- 5 gms Toasted White Sesame Seeds
- 50 ml Sesame oil
- To Taste Crushed Pepper
- To Taste Salt
Cut the vegetables in diamond shape.
Add oil in a wok. To this add onion, garlic and chilli.
Add in all the vegetables.
Keep the flame high and making sure the vegetables are tossed well.
Adjust seasoning and finish by adding scallions.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
