Ingredients Checklist
  1. Pork Strips
  2. 50 gms Oil
  3. 50 gms Ginger
  4. 25 gms Garlic
  5. 25 gms Onions
  6. 5 gms Button mushroom
  7. 10 gms Portobello mushroom
  8. 5 gms Fresh coriander
  9. 25 gms Bok Choy
  10. To Taste Salt
  11. 15 ml Lime juice
  12. 50 ml Olive Oil
  13. 50 ml Oyster sauce
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Heat a wok, add oil and stir fry the pork strip in it till brown.
  • STEP 2

    Remove the pork and add some more oil, stir fry on a high flame, ginger, garlic and onion.
  • STEP 3

    Then add in the mushroom and cook till brown or just soft.
  • STEP 4

    Stir in the cooked pork, bok choy, oyster sauce and some water.
  • STEP 5

    Cook till the bok choy is tender for about a minute.
  • STEP 6

    Serve hot in a bowl, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with rice.
