Ingredients Checklist
  1. 150 gms Mushrooms
  2. 10 gms Parsley
  3. 15 ml White wine vinegar
  4. To taste Salt
  5. 2 gms Black Pepper
  6. 10 ml Olive oil
  7. 5 gms Olives
  8. 2 gms Sugar
  9. 3 gms Jalapeno
  10. 10 gms Red pepper
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Clean the mushroom. Destalk them.
  • STEP 2

    Cut in 2 pieces.
  • STEP 3

    Marinate the mushroom in vinegar, sugar for 10 mins.
  • STEP 4

    In a pan add the oil, to this add the mushroom, olives and the jalapeno.
  • STEP 5

    saute for 2 mins till mushroom cooks, to this add a dash of the white wine vinegar, parsley.
  • STEP 6

    Season with salt and black pepper and garnish with the finely chopped red peppers.
