Ingredients Checklist
  1. 250 gms Paneer
  2. 1 Minced onion
  3. 1 Large boiled mashed potato
  4. 1 Small chopped capsicum
  5. 1 tsp Grated ginger
  6. 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  9. 1 cup Flour
  10. 1-2 cups Bread crumbs
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, heat 2 tbsp Dalda® oil in a pan and add the minced onion, ginger, capsicum, potato, salt, turmeric and chilly powder along with the grated paneer.
  • STEP 2

    Mix and mash well and cook for 5 minutes until the ingredients come together into a sticky mixture.
  • STEP 3

    Side by side, make a paste with the flour and some water.
  • STEP 4

    Shape the paneer mixture into patties and dip into the flour mixture, and then the breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 5

    Then fry them in Dalda® oil until both sides are golden brown.
  • STEP 6

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
