  1. 4 Hard boiled eggs
  2. 1 Egg white
  3. 2 tbsp Gram flour
  4. 1 Finely chopped onion
  5. 1 tbsp Finely chopped mint leaves
  6. 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  7. 2 Green chilies finely chopped
  8. 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  10. to taste Salt
  11. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, mash the boiled eggs, then mix the egg white, gram flour, onion, mint, coriander, green chillies, red chilly powder, black pepper powder and salt.
  • STEP 2

    Then divide the mixture into equal proportions and fry in Dalda® oil until both sides are crisp and golden.
