Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
  2. 1/4 cup grated paneer
  3. 2 tbsp grated mozzrella cheese
  4. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  5. 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  6. 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
  7. 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  8. 1 - 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  9. to taste salt
  10. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, heat saute the onions, chilies, garlic in hot Dalda® oil.
  • STEP 2

    Then add the broccoli and salt, mix well and saute for another 4-5 minutes.
  • STEP 3

    Transfer this mix to a bowl and allow to cool completely.
  • STEP 4

    Once cooled add the potatoes, corn flour and mix well and shape into flat rounds.
  • STEP 5

    Then place the paneer-cheese stuffing in the center.
  • STEP 6

    Now heat Dalda® Oil in a pan and cook the tikkis until they turn golden brown in color from both the sides.
  • STEP 7

    Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
