Ingredients Checklist
  1. 500 gms Spinach
  2. 75 gms Sweet Potato
  3. 15 gms Jalapeno Pepper
  4. 15 gms Rosted White Sesame Powder
  5. 15 gms Cumin Powder
  6. 5 gms Garam Masala
  7. 3 gms Cardamom Powder
  8. To taste Salt
  9. 20 gms Bread Crumbs
  10. 20 gms Amul Cheese
  11. 50 ml Mustard Oil
  12. 150 ml Sunflower oil

For The Green Chutney

  1. 100 gms Coriander Leaves
  2. 50 gms Mint Leave
  3. 15 gms Onion
  4. 5 gms Garlic
  5. 10 gms Green Chilli
  6. 10 ml Lime Juice
  7. 5 gms Cumin Seeds
  8. To taste Salt
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Blanch the spinach, drain and put in ice water bath for a few minutes
  • STEP 2

    Remove and squeeze water.
  • STEP 3

    Chop the blanched spinach.
  • STEP 4

    Boil the sweet potato, peel and make a mash.
  • STEP 5

    Mix the spinach, mashed sweet potato, chopped jalapeno, white sesame, cumin powder, garam masala, cardamon powder, bread crumbs, cheese
  • STEP 6

    Make a tiki of this mixture.
  • STEP 7

    In a pan mix the mustard oil and sunflower oil and shallow fry the tikki.
  • STEP 8

    For the green chutney
  • STEP 9

    Remove the stalks of the mint and coriander.
  • STEP 10

    Take all the ingredients and put in a mixer and blend using water.
  • STEP 11

    Add salt to taste.
