- 2 Medium sized grated potatoes
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 Chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp Hing
- 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 - 2 tbsp Besan
- to taste Salt
- Dalda® Oil
To begin with, mix the grated potatoes, coriander leaves, cumin powder, green chilies, hing chilly powder, besan and salt in a bowl.
Then divide the mix in equal proportion and make flat patties with your palms and deep fry in Dalda® Oil.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
