Ingredients Checklist
  1. 10pcs Anjeer (dry figs)
  2. 750 ml Full fat milk
  3. 2 tbsp Sugar
  4. ¼ tsp Saffron
  5. ¼ tsp (optional) Cardamom powder
  6. 1nos (peeled, cored & chopped) Apple
  7. 10 to 12 pieces (cut into 2 to 3 pieces each) Grapes
  8. 1nos (peeled and deseeded) Custard apple
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Cook the full fat milk in a heavy bottomed pan (stirring occasionally) for 25 to 30 minutes and reduce to half.
  • STEP 2

    Add the sugar, saffron and the cardamom powder and let it cool down to room temperature.
  • STEP 3

    Refrigerate it for a few hours. Add the prepared fruit just before service.
