Ingredients Checklist
  1. 200 gms Chopped boneless chicken
  2. 100 gms Cheddar cheese
  3. 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
  4. 1 Chopped green chilly
  5. 2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Black salt
  7. 1/2 cup Corn flour
  8. 1 Beaten egg
  9. 4 Bread slices soaked and drained in water
  10. 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, mix the chicken, green chilly, pepper powder, and black salt.
  • STEP 2

    Then in another bowl, mix corn flour, and sesame seeds.
  • STEP 3

    Now take the bread slices, place a mix of chicken and grated cheese and roll the bread along it edges.
  • STEP 4

    Use egg to paste any corners.
  • STEP 5

    Now roll the bread in corn flour and sesame seeds and then dip in the whisked egg.
  • STEP 6

    Finally, deep-fry in Dalda® Oil until golden brown. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
