Ingredients Checklist
  1. 20 pcs Fresh mushrooms (medium sized)
  2. to Blanch Water
  3. To Taste Salt
  4. 100 gms Cheddar cheese
  5. 1 pc Green chili
  6. 2 tsp Fresh coriander
  7. 2 to 3 pcs (chopped) Pickles
  8. 2 Bread Crumbs
  9. to fry Oil
  10. 100 gms Flour
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Clean the dirt off thee mushrooms. Wash in cold water. Remove the stems.
  • STEP 2

    In a pot of hot water, add salt. Add the mushrooms and put them in the water for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and put them in cold water.
  • STEP 3

    Grate the cheese. Add the chili, pickles and the coriander. Mix well. Fill up the cavity made by removing the stems. In a pan make a solution with four, water and salt. Dip the stuffed mushrooms in the liquid and crumb them.
  • STEP 4

    Deep fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
