- 200 gms Button Mushroom
- 15 gms Garlic
- 5 gms Fresh Oregano Chopped
- 25 gms Butter
- 15 ml Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed Black Pepper
- 10 ml Olive Oil
Clean the mushrooms and slice them thick.
Take a pan and heat it. Add the olive oil followed by garlic and oregano.
Add in the mushrooms toss very quickly.
Add the balsamic vinegar at this stage and Sautee.
Finish by tossing in some butter, salt and pepper.
STEP 6Serve hot and garnish with some chopped chives or parsley.
