Ingredients Checklist
  1. 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  2. 3 tsp Chopped ginger and garlic
  3. 1 tsp Chopped green chilies
  4. 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 Beaten egg
  6. 1 tsp Vinegar
  7. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  8. 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  9. 1 tsp Processed cheese
  10. to taste Salt
  11. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, slit the chicken breasts lengthwise and marinate in vinegar, ginger- garlic paste for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2

    Then mix the cheese, ginger- garlic paste, chilies and coriander leaves together and stuff it in the chicken breasts.
  • STEP 3

    Then dip them in the beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 4

    Finally, deep fry in Dalda® oil until golden brown.
  • STEP 5

    When ready, cut into small pieces and serve hot with a dip of your choice.
