Vegetable Rolls

Ingredients Checklist

1 cup Grated carrots
2 Medium boiled raw bananas
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Split black lentils
1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
1 tsp Ginger-green chilly paste
2 tbsp Chopped coriander
1/2 tsp Chilly powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, mash the boiled bananas.
  2. Then heat Dalda® Oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, black lentils, onions, carrots, mashed bananas, ginger-green chili paste and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame and add Coriander powder, Chilly powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixtures into cylindrical rolls and fry in a pan using Dalda® Oil till they are uniformly golden on all sides.
  5. Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
