Tawa Idlis

Ingredients Checklist

4 Cubed idlis
4 cups Minced onions
1 Small cubed ripe tomato
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
1/2 tsp Grated ginger
2 tsp Lemon juice
Coriander leaves
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, heat Dalda® oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, the onions, turmeric and ginger.
  2. Saute this mix and then add the chopped tomatoes until soft, and then the pav bhaji masala and salt and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Then add the cubed idli and toss well to coat.
  4. Finally add the lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
