Stirfried garlic prawns with chili and garlic butter

Ingredients Checklist

½ kg Prawns (deshelled and deveined)
4 to 5 cloves Garlic
1 nos Lemon
2 to 3 pcs Birds eye chili
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Butter
6 to 8 leaves Sweet basil
to taste Salt
½ tsp Sugar

Method of Preparation

  1. Wash and Clean the prawns. Chop the garlic.
  2. Slice the bird chili finely.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic. Make it brown.
  4. Add the chili and the prawns. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the salt and sugar. Add the butter and reduce the flame to a bare minimum.
  6. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Add the lemon and basil. Serve hot.
