Stir Fried Vegetables

50 gms | Brocolli florets |
50 gms | Red and Yellow Bell Pepper |
50 gms | Baby Corn |
25 gms | French Beans |
50 gms | Yellow and Green Zucchini |
50 gms | Scallions |
15 gms | Garlic chopped |
10 gms | Onion chopped |
5 gms | Fresh Red Chilli Sliced |
5 gms | Toasted White Sesame Seeds |
50 ml | Sesame oil |
To Taste | Crushed Pepper |
To Taste | Salt |
Method of Preparation
- Cut the vegetables in diamond shape.
- Add oil in a wok. To this add onion, garlic and chilli.
- Add in all the vegetables.
- Keep the flame high and making sure the vegetables are tossed well.
- Adjust seasoning and finish by adding scallions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
