Stir Fried Prawns

Ingredients Checklist

150 gms Prawns
2 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves
15 gms Garlic Paste
to taste Salt
to taste Crushed Pepper
10 gms Chopped Coriander
20 gms Sliced Onion
10 gms Chopped Garlic
10 ml Fresh lime juice
50 gms Red Chilli Paste

Method of Preparation

  1. Devein and clean the prawns.
  2. marinate them with garlic paste and lemon grass stalks.
  3. In a pan add oil, onion and chopped garlic, saute well.
  4. Add red chilly paste and saute for a couple of minutes.
  5. Stir fry the prawns in the pan with the above, adding the kaffir lime leaves.
  6. Adjust seasoning and finish by adding lemon juice and coriander.
  7. Plate the prawns and garnish with a lemon wedge and coriander sprig.
