Spinach, Sweet Potato And Jalapeno Kebab

500 gms | Spinach |
75 gms | Sweet Potato |
15 gms | Jalapeno Pepper |
15 gms | Rosted White Sesame Powder |
15 gms | Cumin Powder |
5 gms | Garam Masala |
3 gms | Cardamom Powder |
To taste | Salt |
20 gms | Bread Crumbs |
20 gms | Amul Cheese |
50 ml | Mustard Oil |
150 ml | Sunflower oil |
For The Green Chutney
100 gms | Coriander Leaves |
50 gms | Mint Leave |
15 gms | Onion |
5 gms | Garlic |
10 gms | Green Chilli |
10 ml | Lime Juice |
5 gms | Cumin Seeds |
To taste | Salt |
Method of Preparation
- Blanch the spinach, drain and put in ice water bath for a few minutes
- Remove and squeeze water.
- Chop the blanched spinach.
- Boil the sweet potato, peel and make a mash.
- Mix the spinach, mashed sweet potato, chopped jalapeno, white sesame, cumin powder, garam masala, cardamon powder, bread crumbs, cheese
- Make a tiki of this mixture.
- In a pan mix the mustard oil and sunflower oil and shallow fry the tikki.
- For the green chutney
- Remove the stalks of the mint and coriander.
- Take all the ingredients and put in a mixer and blend using water.
- Add salt to taste.
