Soya Fritters

Ingredients Checklist

1/2 cup Soya granules
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Boiled and mashed rajma
1 Boiled potato
1 tsp Plain flour
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Red chily powder
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
to taste Salt
Dalda® Oil

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, soak the soya granules in milk for 10 minutes.
  2. Then dry them and drain the excess milk.
  3. Now add potato, rajma, cumin powder, chilly powder, amchur powder and salt.
  4. Then heat Dalda® oil in a wok and deep fry till they are crisp.
  5. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
