Semolina Fried Chicken

Ingredients Checklist

1 cup Sooji
4 Pieces of Chicken
2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
2 Finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp Red chilly powder
Dalda® Oil
to taste Salt

Method of Preparation

  1. To begin with, grind the chillies, ginger-garlic paste and salt along with a little water.
  2. Now apply this paste equally on the chicken pieces and coat them with sooji and deep fry in Dalda® oil until golden and crisp.
  3. When ready, serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
