Sauteed Potato with Herb Seasoning

Ingredients Checklist

250 gms Wafer Potato
75 ml Oil
To taste Salt
2 tbsp Mixed Herb Seasonings

Method of Preparation

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into nice cubes or dices.
  2. In a pan, boil water and add the potatoes and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes of excess water.
  4. In a pan, now heat oil, add the partially blanched potatoes in hot oil.
  5. Do not put too many potatoes in a pan, if the pan isn't large enough.
  6. Let the potatoes browned on all sides, thus becoming crispy.
  7. Once they are golden brown, drain them on a paper for excess oil.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and herb seasoning.
  9. Serve with with mayonnaise.
